Financial Consent

Fees

Consultation Fee: $170 (please note there are no applicable medicare rebates for this type of consultation).

Procedure Fee: Following your consultation, you will be provided an estimate of the recommended procedure, which will be valid for a period of 6 months.

Deposit: 10% deposit is required to secure a procedure date.

Full Payment: full payment is due 2 weeks prior to procedure date.

Outstanding Monies
